Role:                   ICT Assets Analyst

Location:          Hybrid – Wakefield 2 days per week plus WFH

Salary:               £38,750K + a comprehensive range of Employee Benefits, (including 13.5% Pension, wide range of travel and shopping discounts)

 

Key Skills:        ICT Assets Analyst experience, managing lifecycle of IT Assets. Maintaining Asset register, strong data reporting skills.

The Role: 

  • Proactively support the lifecycle of all ICT Assets, (desktops, laptops, mobiles, software and licenses. 
  • Ensuring the integrity of the Asset Database via accurate and timely updating and auditing to certify data quality.
  • Engagement with IT Suppliers and internal and external stakeholders on the
    acquisition and disposal of assets

 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Essential:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar ICT Assets management role looking after full asset lifecycle management.
  • Able to demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting the full lifecycle of ICT Assets
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with suppliers and stakeholders up to a senior level.
  • Experience undertaking IT Asset audits, collating data and producing appropriate reports for Management and to support decision making.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise confidently across the team
  • 5+ years UK residency, (with no extended periods outside of the UK), in order to meet the necessary level of security vetting required.
