Role: ICT Supplier and Contract Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Wakefield 2 days per week plus WFH
Salary: £38,750 + a comprehensive range of Employee Benefits, (including 13.5% Pension, wide range of travel and shopping discounts)
Key Skills: ICT Supplier Analyst experience, supplier contract negotiation skills, Supplier performance review experience, managing supplier KPI’s, CIPS qualified or equivalent

The Role:
- To manage ICT suppliers to provide a centralised and consistent database of suppliers and contracts. Regularly liaising with and meeting supplier contacts and relevant stakeholders.
- Update, manage and review the supplier and contract databases.
- Analyse the supplier and contract databases to provide Senior Leadership Team with data to drive effective decision making.
- Monitoring Supplier spend against budget to obtain best value.
- Undertake ICT asset management functions to support the effective use of assets throughout the organisation.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Essential:
- 2+ years’ experience gained in a similar role, managing ICT suppliers and contracts.
- Be able to demonstrate experience of proactively driving cost efficiencies with ICT suppliers.
- Either CIPS qualified or with the relevant supplier and contract management experience.
- Experience of using KPI’s and/or SLA’s drime improved supplier performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise confidently across the team
- Strong MS Office skills.
- 5+ years UK residency, (with no extended periods outside of the UK), in order to meet the necessary level of security vetting required.
