Requirements

Our Democracy & Governance department are looking for an ambitious and capable account executive to work with Civica Election Services (CES) new business sales, local authority and sales development teams, in supporting sales and account management activity, including campaign support.

 

  • Deliver effective account management strategy to achieve local authority sector and business unit sales targets
  • Plan, prioritise and manage activity and customer contact to upsell products eg Civica Polling Station (digital), electoral print services
  • Work with the Sales Director, Director of Local Authorities, Managing Director and other internal stakeholders including Marketing to develop and roll out regular, targeted, market driven campaigns
  • Develop an understanding of CES’ local authority sector products and services to be able to carry out solution-based sales conversations remotely via video/phone call and in person
