Organisational Design Consultant
Hybrid Working
The purpose of this engagement is to support the design and implementation of a future-state
administrative support operating model that is:
- Efficient, cost-effective, and scalable
- Enabled by streamlined processes and appropriate technology
- Aligned to organisational priorities and demand
- Capable of delivering high-quality, consistent support across the Force
The consultant will build on the Ignite review findings and Strategic Change Team process mapping to develop a robust, evidence-based organisational design.
Objectives:
- Translate “as-is” and “to-be” process insights into organisational requirements
- Design a future operating model that supports efficient administrative delivery
- Ensure alignment between structure, roles, capability, and demand
- Enable leadership decision-making through evidence-based options
- Support the development of an implementable and sustainable organisational structure
