The purpose of this engagement is to support the design and implementation of a future-state

administrative support operating model that is:​

• Efficient, cost-effective, and scalable​
• Enabled by streamlined processes and appropriate technology​
• Aligned to organisational priorities and demand​
• Capable of delivering high-quality, consistent support across the Force​

The consultant will build on the Ignite review findings and Strategic Change Team process mapping to develop a robust, evidence-based organisational design.​

Objectives:​

1. Translate “as-is” and “to-be” process insights into organisational requirements​
2. Design a future operating model that supports efficient administrative delivery​
3. Ensure alignment between structure, roles, capability, and demand​
4. Enable leadership decision-making through evidence-based options​
5. Support the development of an implementable and sustainable organisational structure
