We are looking to recruit a Global Finance Transformation Lead for a global software company. My client are undergoing a global finance transformation, centred around a NetSuite implementation.

The Opportunity

We are working with a leading technology organisation undergoing a significant global finance transformation. As part of this journey, they are looking to appoint a Global Finance Transformation Lead to shape and deliver a standardised, efficient, and well-controlled finance operating model across multiple entities and regions.

This is a high-impact role, operating at the centre of finance, systems, and process change — with ownership of end-to-end finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and responsibility for driving ERP-enabled transformation at scale.

The Role

You will act as a key partner to senior finance leadership, leading the delivery of a global transformation roadmap across process, systems, controls, and data.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading global finance transformation initiatives across R2R, P2P and O2C
• Owning process design and standardisation across multiple entities and regions
• Managing and developing Global Process Owners, ensuring alignment and accountability
• Driving ERP transformation (NetSuite or similar), acting as the authority on process design and governance
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs to improve process performance and financial close efficiency
• Leading change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across global teams
• Ensuring strong financial controls and compliance with accounting standards

About You

• Strong experience across Finance Operations (R2R, P2P or O2C)
• Proven track record in finance transformation, ideally within multi-entity organisations
• Experience delivering ERP implementations or optimisation programmes (NetSuite highly desirable)
• Ability to design and implement standardised global processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
• Experience leading teams or workstreams within complex transformation programmes
• Commercial mindset with a focus on driving efficiency and business value
