Presales Solutions Consultant

Location: UK - Remote
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (+ benefits)
We are looking to recruit a Presales Solutions Consultant for a leading EdTech software company.
This is a high-impact role supporting a specialist academic integrity and originality platform used across higher education, corporate and government sectors. You will work closely with Sales as the subject matter expert, delivering compelling product demonstrations and positioning the platform as a strategic, values-led solution in an increasingly AI-driven assessment landscape.
This role goes beyond technical demo delivery. You will help institutions understand how originality, governance and integrity workflows integrate into broader assessment strategies and digital ecosystems.
The Role
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations (online and in person)
- Act as a trusted advisor to academic and technical stakeholders
- Position the platform as part of a wider assessment ecosystem
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear value-based narratives
- Support discovery sessions, deeper use-case exploration and solution design
- Contribute to RFP/tender responses and sales enablement materials
- Represent the business at conferences and customer events
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in presales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering within SaaS
- Confident online and in-person presenter
- Able to run structured discovery and tailor demonstrations
- Comfortable bridging technical capability with business and policy impact
- Highly organised, analytical and commercially aware
Desirable experience:
- Higher Education sector exposure
- Academic integrity / plagiarism detection platforms (e.g. similar to Turnitin)
- EdTech, LMS, SaaS platforms, or system integrations (LTI, API etc.)
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments
