Skills: Software Implementation (Contact Centre / CRM solutions), Change Management, Regulated Environments (eg Financial Services)

We are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join a growing software company specialising in AI-driven complaints management solutions.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of software implementations for their clients. This is a client-facing role, where you’ll work closely with customers to understand requirements, coordinate internal technical teams, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

This role would suit someone with experience delivering CRM, contact centre or complaints management systems, particularly within regulated environments such as financial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle delivery of software implementation projects
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout delivery
  • Gather and translate business requirements into structured delivery plans
  • Coordinate internal teams including product, engineering and support
  • Manage project timelines, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard
  • Support clients operating in regulated environments, ensuring compliance considerations are understood
  • Provide clear and regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience delivering software or SaaS implementation projects
  • Experience with CRM, contact centre or complaints management platforms
  • Strong background working in regulated environments (e.g. financial services, insurance, utilities)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a fast-paced, growing technology business
  • Familiarity with customer experience or complaints handling processes
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)
