Finance Systems Support Analyst

We are looking to recruit a Finance Systems Support Analyst for a leading digital transformation consultancy.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support a variety of clients across multiple sectors, helping them get the most from their ERP systems through responsive support and remote consultancy.

This is a fully remote role with travel approximately once a quarter for team meetings.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative and values-driven team that prides itself on delivering excellent customer service while driving digital empowerment across organisations. The ideal candidate will combine strong problem-solving skills with an empathetic, people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve support tickets in line with customer SLAs
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues within the Unit4 ERP system, focusing on finance modules
• Provide clear, professional communication with clients throughout the ticket lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and third parties (e.g. Unit4) to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate records of activity and time in the call handling system
• Identify opportunities for service improvements or potential consultancy upsell
• Deliver remote consultancy to customers when required
• Contribute to a positive team culture rooted in accountability, empathy, and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience supporting Unit4 ERP, specifically the finance modules
• Solid understanding of finance processes within an ERP environment
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Able to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to add value
• Comfortable working remotely within a collaborative and supportive team
