We are looking to recruit a Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering SAP B1 projects for a leading consultancy.

This is a fully remote role that can be based anywhere in the UK with travel to customer sites approximately twice a month.

As an experienced Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple SAP B1 and software development projects, managing end-to-end delivery for external clients.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role demands a consultative approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance customer satisfaction with internal financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver multiple client-facing SAP B1 and software projects simultaneously.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans using tools like Smartsheet and Autotask.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively managing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 27001 standards.
  • Report on project budgets, progress, and financial status to customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates on milestones.
  • Collaborate with delivery managers to optimise resource utilisation and professional services billing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for project deliverables.

Requirements

Mandatory:

  • 7+ years of experience delivering SAP B1 and software development projects in a consultancy environment.
  • Project management certification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP).
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets and revenue targets.
  • Exceptional planning, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and presentation tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Autotask CRM and Smartsheet/Resource Management.
