Account Director

Location: Milton Keynes Area

Salary: Up to £55,000

I am looking for an Account Director who is a subject matter expert in the Employee Engagement space. You must be passionate about delivering top notch customer service and ready to work within a busy and growing business.

This business is at the top of their game when it comes to providing excellent customer experiences, whether it be through their Employee Engagement or Reward Programmes and boast a huge and very impressive client list.

You will play a lead role in working with both existing and new clients to maximise the effectiveness of their Employee Engagement Programmes, with a focus across the design, structure, best practice, communication and creative perspective.

Key Purpose & Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of Employee Programmes to create a stream of materials and resources to promote the business’s position as a thought leader in the market.
• Develop an understanding of the global recognition programme landscape within the current market.
• Support the Head of Employee Programmes in programme design workstream during new client implementations.
• Contribute fully to internal briefing calls and design discussions.

Person Specification:

• Experience of Emplyee Engagement Programmes and supporting technical solutions.
• Enjoys client facing meetings, presentations and interactions and comfortable working with clients in both sales and after-sales environments.
• Experience working with clients, operations teams and technical teams to participate in the support in delivering projects/programmes for clients.
