Role: Recruitment Operations Executive
Location: Lichfield, Staffordshire (Hybrid)
Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Start Date: September 2024

As a Recruitment Operations Executive you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team. You will be responsible for optimising recruitment processes, implementing and maintaining recruitment systems and process. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist and Operations Team your role will be to assist with;
Systems & Process Management:
- Manage and maintain recruitment systems including our ATS and CRM system.
- Managing the onboarding process for all contract staff, including ongoing extensions and paperwork via our internal system.
- Work with IT vendors to ensure system functionality and integration and ensure all IT hardware is performing as required.
- Conduct regular system audits and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Train and support users on system functionalities and best practices.
Team Collaboration:
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials for the talent acquisition team.
- Create and maintain documentation for recruitment processes and systems.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure team members are fully enabled and correct processes are followed.
- Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into the senior leadership team.
- Work closely with individual consultants to understand their needs and challenges.
- Act as a liaison between the talent acquisition team and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition operations.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance recruitment processes and systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Proven track record in handling recruitment operations and systems management.
- Knowledge of recruitment systems such as Vincere ATS.
- A strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle for contract and permanent recruitment
- An understanding of different recruitment legilsations (e.g IR35)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management expertise, capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate excellent relationship building and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality.
