Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors, to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
