The Role
As a Lead Customer Onboarding Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of our client's products by their clients. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, overseeing the entire onboarding process from initial contact to full product implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of onboarding consultants.
- Methodology Development: Maintain and enhance our client's onboarding methodology and training programs.
- Customer Success: Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage the progress of all onboarding projects.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine our client's onboarding processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to project success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
- Individual Onboarding: Directly onboard new clients, providing guidance and support.
- Customer Training: Conduct training sessions to empower clients to utilize our client's products effectively.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Education in project management or technology
- Proven experience in SaaS project implementation or related roles in academic institutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Norwegian
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for technology and a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with remote presentation software and CRM/CSM tools (preferred)
