We are looking for an experienced Contract Project Manager with strong Unit4 ERP project experience to lead two key transformation projects: an HR & Payroll integration and a cloud migration.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can take ownership of complex ERP projects, manage senior stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams from planning through to successful delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of a Unit4 HR & Payroll integration project.
  • Manage a Unit4 cloud migration project from planning through to implementation.
  • Own project plans, timelines, scope, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Establish and maintain strong project governance and reporting.
  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, suppliers and customer stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout delivery.
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks and issues, escalating where required.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to agreed quality standards.
  • Work closely with PMO and delivery teams to maintain consistent project controls and ways of working.

Key experience required:

  • Strong hands-on experience delivering Unit4 ERP projects.
  • Previous experience managing ERP integrations and/or cloud migration projects.
  • Experience delivering HR and Payroll-related transformation projects would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record managing complex customer-facing IT or ERP projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, project governance, RAID logs and project reporting.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and third-party suppliers.
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent project management methodology experience.
