We are looking to recruit a Senior ETRM Business Analyst for a leading specialist software organisation operating within the energy and commodities trading sector.

This is not a traditional BA role focused purely on sprint delivery. You’ll operate at programme and epic level, working closely with trading stakeholders, product teams and technical delivery teams to shape and implement automation strategy across complex ION ETRM environments.

This role is client-facing and requires strong domain credibility within Trading Risk Management systems.

This is primarily a remote role with travel in to central London when required.

The Role

• Engage with client stakeholders to understand trading business processes and system landscapes
• Translate business requirements into structured artefacts to support automation and implementation strategy
• Operate across multiple programmes, supporting scoping, planning and strategic rollout initiatives
• Identify opportunities to expand automation across ION platforms
• Work closely with Product, BAs and technical teams to ensure efficient implementation
• Provide SME guidance across Endur, Findur or Allegro environments
• Support documentation, knowledge transfer and mentorship of colleagues

About You

• Strong experience working with ION Trading Risk Management systems such as Endur, Findur or Allegro
• Deep understanding of ETRM or CTRM processes and trading ecosystems
• Experience operating as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Trading SME
• Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
• Experience scoping and supporting complex implementation or transformation programmes
• Able to operate across multiple workstreams simultaneously
