Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (+ 10% bonus)
We are looking to recruit a Head of People for a leading UK e-commerce and technology brand. The Head of People will lead all HR and Talent activity across the organisation — shaping the People strategy, driving employee engagement, and ensuring a first-class employee experience across multiple locations.

This is primarily an office based role in modern offices in Central London with 1 day a week working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Lead on all ER activity, providing expert guidance to the leadership team, managers and employees.
- Talent: Own the talent strategy — overseeing workforce planning, budget management, and direct recruitment initiatives.
- Learning & Development: Deliver management and staff training, identifying learning needs and engaging external providers where appropriate.
- Policies & Procedures: Create, review and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance.
- Onboarding & Payroll: Oversee onboarding and payroll processes, working closely with Finance and external payroll partners.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leaders and regional managers to deliver a proactive and high-quality HR service.
- Benefits & Reward: Ensure the company’s benefits and reward offering remains competitive and relevant.
- Employment Law: Keep up to date with employment legislation and ensure compliance across the business.
About You
You’re a confident, engaging and proactive HR professional, currently operating as a Head of People or ready to step up from a Senior People Manager position. You’re CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) with at least 3 years’ leadership experience in a fast-moving HR environment — ideally within e-commerce, retail or tech.
