Role: Service Analysts / Application Support - Policing
Location: Hybrid (Gloucestershire 2/3 days per week and WFH)
Salary: £35,526 + Excellent pensions and other Employee Benefits
Key Skills: 1st / 2nd line Systems / Applications support, ITIL awareness, incident response / responding to tickets, excellent customer skills, basic knowledge of MS modern management tools such as SQL server Admin, SCCM/Intune etc.

These are interesting, newly created roles to provide maintenance and User / Systems support of core applications supporting a critical Police Force environment.
The Role: Responding to tickets for application / systems support. Providing fast and efficient support to ensure continuous availability and accessibility for Users. This can include training Users, updating documentation, escalating issues etc.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar application support / Service Desk environment responding to tickets.
- Any experience in a Police or similar critical support setting would be highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- A good technical awareness of MS systems for support including MS SQL Server admin, SCCM / Intune etc.
- Demonstrable ability of being a quick learner of new systems / applications
- A keen interest in programming. scripting etc. would be beneficial
- Willingness to work from the Gloucester office 2/3 days per week and more if required.
