Azure DevOps Engineer
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Home Based
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 (+ benefits)

We are looking to recruit an Azure DevOps Engineer for a leading IT consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity for a DevOps Engineer to take ownership of Azure infrastructure implementation, security, and continuous service improvement.

This is a fully remote role with approximately travel once a month to a customer site in the Midlands. Due to the nature of the work valid SC Clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Azure Infrastructure Implementation & Support
  • Deploy and manage Azure networking (DNS, Firewalls, Routing, VNets, Peering)
  • Oversee Identity & Access Management
  • Monitor environments using Elastic and Log Analytics
  • Manage infrastructure via Azure Portal, Terraform, and Azure DevOps
  • Enforce security and configuration policies.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in Azure infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, identity & access management, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Azure DevOps, and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and security operations.
  • Passion for problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation.
