Role: Business Analyst (18-month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Hybrid (Brighton (2 days per week) and home)
Salary: £41 - 47K + exceptional Employee Benefits
Key Skills: Business Analysis, (IT requirements, business change etc.), requirements gathering, options analysis, process mapping, User stories, documentation.
Summary: Our client is a high-profile organisation with a large IT function responsible for delivering consistently accurate, efficient, and quality based data services. This role will lead smaller value projects that will vary in duration and budget, but generally be smaller value projects, some of which can be delivered concurrently.
You’ll be applying structured approaches to identify, analyse, document and communicate IT and business changes, (i.e. new software release, process changes etc.)
About you:
- 18 months+ BA experience, (discovery, eliciting and documenting requirements and workflows, documentation etc. of business objectives, functions and processes). You must be prepared to confidently present your full BA skills as interview stage, so your experience needs to be gained directly and not as part of a support to another BA)
- Ideal experience will include Options analysis, feasibility analysis, reviewing operational impact etc.
- Able to demonstrate independent working, or with limited direction.
- Strong teamwork skills, supporting the team to make informed decisions and visualize outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Able to work 2 days per week in Brighton
