Job Title: EMEA Pre-Sales / Solutions Consultant (EdTech)

Salary: $75 - 80K + US Employee Benefits
Permanent
Location: Remote US (preferably East Coast) + travel as required to customer demo's across US and Canada.

 

Key skills: SME and knowledge resource on technical and functional aspects of EdTech solutions in Higher Education, able to deliver product demo’s, strong communicator of complex education and learning concepts.

Our Client is a leading global provider of cloud based digital education assessment solutions. Due to ongoing growth they require a further Solutions Consultant to work with their sales team to be the knowledge resource on the technical and functional aspects of their pioneering EdTech solution. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the sales team as a primary knowledge resource responsible for delivering and managing the functional and technical aspects of the products during the sales process.
  • Showcase products as solutions and serve as an expert on all products and their use cases across the learning spectrum.
  • Effectively communicate complex education and professional learning concepts to a variety of key stakeholders.
  • Present the product ecosystem as a platform, through storytelling and technical deep dives, to a variety of education and corporate/government stakeholders in discovery, casual, and high-stakes scenarios

Essential skills and experience:

  • A Higher Education specialist, with experience gained directly within Higher Education and/or working in EdTech for a technology provider acting as the SME on the functional aspects of an EdTech product / solution.
  • Ability to present engaging, articulate and compelling product, (software), demonstrations.
  • Able to evidence subject matter expert level knowledge in an EdTech solution, (either SaaS or other solutions such as LMS, HRIS, CRM's etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural problem solver, solutions focussed based on needs / use case etc.
  • Strong understanding of academic practices and workflows
