Unit 4 HR & Payroll Support Consultant
Location: UK – Remote
Salary: £40 - £50k + Bens

We are recruiting for a Unit 4 HR & Payroll Support Consultant to join a growing technology consultancy specialising in ERP implementation and business transformation.

The role

The HR Support Consultant will be responsible for providing a professional, efficient and effective support service to our client’s Managed Services customers, supporting the resolution of logged tickets.

The role will involve researching and progressing customer issues through to conclusion, providing solutions, workarounds or action plans and updating customers on progress through written and verbal communication.

Key responsibilities include: 

• To progress each problem through to conclusion, liaising with colleagues and Unit4 as needed whilst retaining ownership of the call
• To document issues clearly and concisely in the call handling system
• Respond to the customer in a timely manner and in accordance with the customer’s SLA
• To identify opportunities for service improvement or chargeable activities
• To provide remote consultancy as and when required for Consulting customers
• Liaising with the Board, Senior Management Team, internal staff members and associates across all departments, as well as client contacts, suppliers and partners of the business

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will be an Application consultant who has specific experience of supporting Unit 4 HR and Payroll Modules.

Key skills and experience include:

• In depth Knowledge of multiple UBW Modules or other ERP system
• Strong analysis, problem-solving and investigation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
