  • Interrogate financial data, investigate discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of forecasting, planning and management reporting outputs.
  • Reconcile financial and forecast data between systems, ensuring accurate mapping and migration.
  • Review, modify and troubleshoot Workday OfficeConnect reports, alongside Adaptive HTML and other financial reports.
  • Coordinate Finance User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting defects, risks and resolutions.
  • Work closely with Finance and FP&A stakeholders to ensure the solution meets financial reporting and forecasting requirements.
  • Support system cutover, go-live activities and post-implementation stabilisation.
  • Deliver user training, documentation and handover to operational teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Workday Adaptive Planning: Strong hands-on experience testing, validating and supporting financial planning models.
  • Workday OfficeConnect: Proven experience modifying, maintaining and troubleshooting financial reports.
  • Finance / FP&A: Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and financial data reconciliation.
  • Ability to interrogate financial data, challenge outputs and identify inconsistencies or errors.
  • Experience with Adaptive HTML reporting.
  • Previous involvement in finance systems implementations, upgrades or model rebuilds.
  • Advanced Excel skills and excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Confident working independently with Finance stakeholders and external implementation partners.

Desirable Experience

  • Oracle NetSuite implementation or integration experience.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning rebuilds following ERP or chart of accounts changes.
  • Financial planning and forecasting data migrations.
  • Finance transformation or finance systems project experience.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong Workday Adaptive Planning expertise to play a key role in a significant systems transformation.

The successful candidate will combine hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning and OfficeConnect experience with the financial understanding needed to challenge, reconcile and validate the numbers, ensuring accurate and reliable financial reporting ahead of go-live.
