As an Account Manager within our Billing team, you’ll act as a trusted partner to a portfolio of healthcare clients, managing their complete revenue cycle from billing to payment.

• Act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of healthcare practitioners.
• Manage the full revenue cycle, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
• Build long-term client relationships and provide regular insight on financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and streamline billing processes.
• Support clients in navigating billing systems and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
• Carry out administrative and operational tasks to support business goals.
