Contract Details:

• Inside IR35
• Daily rate: Up to £600 per day
• Contract duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
• Location: Primarily remote, with 2 days per week onsite in Oxfordshire

Our client, a leading IT consultancy, is seeking a talented SC Cleared Business Analyst to join a high-profile project in the Aerospace & Defence sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Eliciting, analyzing, and validating business requirements
• Creating clear and concise functional specifications
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
• Leading workshops and facilitating stakeholder engagement
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
• Ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets

Essential Skills and Experience:

• SC Clearance (mandatory)
• Proven experience in Business Analysis, particularly within the Aerospace & Defence sector
• Strong understanding of digital transformation methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
