TEAM PURPOSE: Bridge the gap between ICT and the Key Force stakeholders
TEAM STRUCTURE:
5 x Senior Business Partners
6 x Business Part5ners
(this role is replacing a BP that is moving elsewhere into TVP.
ROLE LOCATION: Hybrid, MUST be prepared to go to site as frequently as required. Once a fortnight in TVP HQ at least. But potential to be onsite 1 to 2 days per week anywhere TVP and Hampshire – potential even for IoW if needed.
ROLE SALARY: £52,250 + bens

ROLE SUMMARY:
This role will cover CRIME, CUSTODY etc. BU’s. Challenging stakeholders potentially.
As an ICT Business Partner, you will manage the relationship between ICT and key Force stakeholders regarding both future direction and Business as usual operational services involving ICT. Working with the Senior Business Partner to identify and exploit opportunities through the co-creation of technology and ICT service solutions, ensuring that ICT plans are aligned with both Forces business plans & objectives.
The post holder will be responsible for validating and justifying business ICT needs, conducting feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models, preparing business cases, identifying and quantifying the business benefits, taking into account the implications of change on the Forces and all stakeholders to ensure that the ICT systems delivered meet the business requirements and benefits and ICT objectives.
* Manage relationships with BU's, (ie. Local Policing, Business Services, Crime Investigation, Counter Intelligence, Forensics etc., make sure that all BU's needs are met
* Be able to document and Communicate Forces needs
* * Able to push back when needed, liaising with stakeholders and finance etc.

* Support the BU to take forward or push back
* Build roadmap awareness

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Strong BP/Personality / Comms
Excellent comms – manage Expectations with Superintendent’s
BRM / BP experience – 3+ years
Driving license essential
SMT meetings 4 per month – willingness to travel to site regularly and F2F Senior Management meetings.
Ideally candidate from Policing or Public Sector.
People focused role. – Not a PM.
Have to accept that there is tons of legacy as well as modern tech. – need patience – there is limited funds – public purse etc.
Able to juggle – manage priorities expectations etc.
Used to woking wit SMT’s. But ask for help if needed.
Excelent writing business cases/cost models / understand technical roadmaps.
UX ideal / user journey / storytelling.
