Job Description

Power BI Developer – 6 Month Contract

Hybrid – Home / Lincolnshire
6 months
Inside IR35
Rate dependent on experience
Police/security vetting required

Data Careers is supporting a UK policing organisation with the appointment of an experienced Power BI Developer / Business Intelligence Developer.

The role will focus on developing and improving the organisation’s Power BI estate, including:

  • Power BI dashboards, reports and paginated reports

  • Semantic models, star schemas, DAX and row-level security

  • Dataflows and shared datasets

  • SQL Server / Oracle

  • Dimensional data modelling

  • Azure DevOps and deployment processes

  • Stakeholder requirements and technical documentation

Experience of Microsoft Fabric, data warehousing or wider Microsoft data technologies would be advantageous.

This is an initial 6-month contract, inside IR35, with hybrid working and some travel to Lincolnshire.
