Senior Blue Prism Developer

£500 per day | Inside IR35
Hybrid Working | Predominantly Remote
9–12 Month Contract

An experienced Senior Blue Prism Developer is required to join a growing automation team delivering a programme of business-critical RPA solutions within a large public sector organisation.

With a strong pipeline of work already identified, you'll play a key role in designing, developing and deploying Blue Prism automations that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and support critical operational services.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong Blue Prism expertise alongside the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders, understand business processes and translate requirements into effective automation solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial Blue Prism development experience

  • Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end RPA solutions

  • Experience creating detailed business requirements and Process Definition Documents (PDDs)

  • API integration experience and an API-first approach

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions
