ERP Programme Director – Oracle Fusion Cloud

Contract | £944/day Inside IR35 | Staffordshire / Hybrid

We’re supporting a secure public sector organisation undertaking a major ERP transformation and are seeking an experienced ERP Programme Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation.

This is a high-profile leadership role with accountability for programme delivery across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement and an integrated Duty Management capability, ensuring successful delivery to agreed time, cost, quality and benefits outcomes.

You will provide strategic leadership across a complex multi-stakeholder environment, acting as the bridge between implementation partners, technical teams and senior organisational leadership while maintaining firm control of governance, supplier performance, risk and programme integrity.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing overall leadership for a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation
  • Owning programme governance, roadmap, delivery approach and benefits realisation
  • Leading supplier and implementation partner relationships, ensuring delivery against milestones and contractual expectations
  • Driving an “Adopt Not Adapt” approach to organisational transformation
  • Managing programme risks, dependencies, escalations and cross-workstream delivery
  • Engaging senior stakeholders across operational, corporate and digital functions
  • Overseeing business readiness, change, cutover and transition to BAU

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience operating as an ERP Programme Director / Programme Lead on large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations
  • Demonstrable experience leading multi-million-pound transformation programmes
  • Strong supplier, commercial and contract management capability
  • Experience leading complex programmes across Finance, HR, Payroll and Procurement
  • Deep expertise in governance, assurance and programme delivery
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience within secure government, policing or highly regulated environments strongly desirable
  • MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent programme leadership certification preferred
