We are looking to recruit a Microsoft 365 Support Engineer for a technology driven public sector organisation.

You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising modern M365 solutions across the business, with a focus on SharePoint administration and enhancing collaboration tools. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to drive forward digital transformation, deliver real change, and build on their technical expertise within a supportive and innovative public sector environment.

This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work on site in Brighton 6 days a month.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Championing M365 collaboration tools across the organisation.
  • Designing and delivering SharePoint site solutions within established architecture frameworks.
  • Creating high-quality documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  • Supporting the configuration and optimisation of M365 products, particularly SharePoint and other Microsoft applications.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Leading on the implementation and enhancement of M365-based services, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Supporting integration and migration activities in collaboration with other teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly SharePoint administration.
  • Experience designing and maintaining M365 solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of M365 technical roadmaps and producing clear, user-friendly documentation.
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification (MS-900) or equivalent experience.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach and excellent problem-solving skills.
