Role: Marketing Business Partner - SaaS/Healthcare Market

Location: Home Based + Travel to Winnipeg

A leading provider of Software/SaaS solutions into the Health Care Market in North America require a Marketing Business Partner to partner with their Healthcare Technology Business and manage the relationship between various marketing teams to deliver marketing strategy to the business area.

You will be responsible for raising awareness of their expertise with its chosen audiences, in its chosen markets.  You will be responsible for driving consideration of their SaaS products and services & ensuring that prospects & customers prefer their solutions relative to the competition. In doing so they will drive sufficient volumes of high quality, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the Sales organisation in a timely fashion to deliver on our revenue ambition.

You will represent marketing at an SLT level across the business and be the ‘go-to’ marketing expert for your area. You’ll be expected to build, manage and grow the funnel, confidently communicating plans and results and partnering with sales to optimise and improve velocity.

This is a pivotal role in the marketing organisation that requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen, strong project management & problem-solving skills, excellent communication and demonstrable stakeholder management experience - and an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Skills Requires:

  • Extensive stakeholder management experience – demonstrable experience of working Leadership team and C Suite to deliver successful marketing programmes that deliver results 
  • Excellent and demonstrable collaboration skills  
  • Highly numerate – proven ability to manage budgets – planning, phasing, forecasting of plans, Marketing leads and spend  
  • Highly analytical and data driven decision making, comfortable in utilising metrics and tools to inform decision making, and presenting those to others. 
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Proven marketing strategist – 10+ years’ experience, preferably in B2B tech/SaaS market
  • Experience within Healthcare market is useful
