Job Description

Data Administrator
7 Week Contract (2nd November 2026 – 18th December 2026)
Location: UK – Remote
Rate: £200 - £210 per day (INSIDE IR35)

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to support a short-term data cleansing and migration project for a growing technology business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills, experience managing large volumes of information and a methodical approach to data accuracy.

Working alongside an established project team, you will help organise and reconcile existing customer contract information, ensuring data is accurate, complete and correctly structured ahead of its migration into a CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, organise and review customer contract documentation held within SharePoint.
  • Reconcile contract files against existing master contract records, identifying missing information, inconsistencies and discrepancies.
  • Review and update Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data is accurate, complete and consistently structured.
  • Identify and flag any anomalies or gaps requiring further investigation or clarification.
  • Prepare and format contract information ready for upload into HubSpot.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines to maintain data quality and consistency.
  • Work closely with the wider project team, providing regular progress updates and highlighting any issues.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong Excel skills, including experience working with large datasets, data entry and structured spreadsheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy when reviewing and processing information.
  • Previous experience in data administration, data cleansing, data reconciliation or similar administrative roles.
  • Ability to follow established processes and work methodically through large volumes of information.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads and meet project deadlines.
  • Confident communicator who works effectively as part of a project team and provides regular updates.

Highly Advantageous (Not Essential)

  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude to review large volumes of documents, extract key information and identify data discrepancies or anomalies.

Advantageous (Not Essential)

  • Previous experience using HubSpot, ideally including the Revenue Hub module.
  • Experience supporting CRM data cleansing, data preparation or migration projects.

The Opportunity

This is an initial 7-week contract, running from 2nd November to 18th December 2026.

You will be joining an established project team with existing HubSpot and technical expertise, so specialist CRM knowledge is not required. The priority is finding someone who is highly organised, confident using Excel and able to deliver accurate, reliable work.

If you have strong data administration skills and are available for a short-term contract, we would be keen to hear from you.
