Support Worker - Adult Care
Location: Bradford
Salary: £22000-25000 plus excellent benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts are 8am-3pm 3pm-10pm then wake nights
My Client are a well known Social Care provider provide care for adults aged 19-60 who have learning difficulties and Mental Health issues.
They specialize in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health) to live their best possible life. They never stop striving to provide friendly, professional, and inspirational services that we’d want to experience ourselves!!
THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity to build strong and positive relationships with brilliant adult, professionals, and family. You will find yourself getting stuck into fun, long walks, outdoor educational trips, and an interactive and practical hands-on activity.
There may be aspects of lone working as and if required. As part of your role you may also be asked to assist with cooking and cleaning.

EXPERIENCE
- Some previous experience supporting people with Mental health issues.
- Value based, Empathic, adaptable and resilient
- Positive attitude and a commitment to empowerment
- An understanding of autism and working with people whose behaviour can challenge at times would also be beneficial.
