As a Data Protection and Compliance Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other key privacy laws, safeguarding both data and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data protection efforts and ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive compliance program.
• Conduct audits, assess risks, and provide solutions.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and collaborate across teams.
• Report directly to the General Counsel on compliance status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Law (Master’s preferred) with expertise in data protection laws.
• Proven experience in compliance and risk management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
