Data CRM Manager - £48,000 + Civil Service Pension
Location: City of Westminster, London | Hybrid Working
Required skills / experience: Eligibility for SC Clearance (5 years UK residency essential), data analysis, GDPR & CRM data experience, experience managing a small team

Our client is seeking a Data CRM Manager to lead data-driven marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement across digital and non-digital platforms. This role involves overseeing the data selections, analyses, and experiments to continuously improve communications, and managing Marketing Automation and Email Broadcast platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of Data Planners
• Design and deliver targeted data-driven campaigns
• Ensure GDPR and PECR compliance
• Drive marketing experiments and A/B testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in data, analytics, or a related field
• Experience managing large datasets and leading teams
• Skilled in campaign design, audience targeting, and multivariate testing
