Role:                   Technical Services Analyst (2nd line Infrastructure)

Location:            Luton (with option to work 3 days from home after probation)

Salary:                 £38,000 - £42,000 + a comprehensive range of Employee Benefits

 

Key Skills:           2nd line support infrastructure support including M365, Exchange online, MS Teams, Citrix, plus systems admin skills in VMWare and / or M365.

The Role: 

  • To respond to tickets, investigate, diagnose and resolve infrastructure alerts and issues around M365, Exchange online and Citrix related queries.
  • Support sys admin projects, including Exchange online, M365, SCCM, Intune etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all Users of the service.
  • Create and maintain relevant technical documentation and knowledge articles.

 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Essential:

  • 2+ years’ 2nd line infrastructure / Windows server support and admin experience in the following technical environment: M365, (Exchange online, Teams, Sharepoint), Email, (Exchange), MS system Centre / Endpoint Manager, Intune. Active Directory admin.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn any new technologies.
  • Great team player experience

Desirable skills include:

  • VMWare
  • Monitoring tools
  • Mobile device management
