This is a management-level technical leadership role, sitting alongside Pre-Sales and Support, owning Professional Services delivery, technical standards, and engineering direction across the business. The role acts as the technical authority for projects and customer solutions, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability as the business grows.

Commercial awareness matters because they sit between:

• Pre-Sales (turning requirements into viable solutions)
• Delivery (projects landing on time and to spec)
• Support (clean handover, documentation, stability)
